CHEMICAL ENGINEER
-Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent
-Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Thorough understanding and broad application of technical standards, principles, theories, and techniques
-Project management and organizing resources
-Work/relate to all types of people and levels within and outside organization
-Hands-on experience with six sigma tools and techniques and lean manufacturing concepts
-Salary upon interview.
-Understand system specs and sensitivities
-Understand lubricant testing equipment and testing methods
-Understand the existing lubrication system design and available input variables
-Build lubrication system model and gearbox thermal model connected with in house lubrication model and lubricant database
-Validate model through engineering tests
-Analyze data and find lubrication system variables which meet design requirement
-Optimize existing model by adjusting analytical model using experimental data
-By building above model with high confidence level, the goal is to inform design with optimized lubrication system inputs and lubricant properties
