•Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of operating system like (WinXP / win7 / win8, 8.1, win10)
•Troubleshooting skills in complex software and hardware problems.
•Installation and configuring the peripherals components and all types of drivers.
•Assembling & dissembling of all Types of Desktop, Servers, Laptops and Maintenance.
•Installing all type of End users software, instilling all type of antivirus.
•Provide Regular windows Patch, Windows Update, Virus Data Base Updates.
•Installing & Troubleshooting all types of printers.
•Installing, Configuring, Maintaining & Troubleshooting of LAN Network Sharing, LAN Cable Crimping & Testing.
•MSOUTLOOK mail configure and backup computers hardware devices, ethernet IP configuration.
•Have basic knowledge of switching, routing, and wi-fi configuration.
•Qualification : MCA or MSC
