Salary (Starting from) : MYRS 5,000 (Ringgit Malaysia)

•Scope : FOOD SAFETY – PROCESSING & PRESERVATION – PACKING
•Provide quality control services ensuring food safety, quality and compliance.
•Sensory evaluation – Support on-time curry paste release.
•Maintain good production kitchen practices and safety.
•Support sampling test for all – Special Batch / any new NPDs tests.
•M.Tech or B.Tech in Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics or Equivalent.
•Understand ISO documentation requirements. FSSC22000, including HACCP and GMP requirements.
•Technical & functional skills on quality assurance.
•Atleast 3 year(s) of working experience internship in spices processing experience in the related field is required.
