POSITION – ACCOUNTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification Accountant Background Degree Holders only.
WELL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT QUICK BOOK, ZOHO SOFTWARE.
Obtain details from Payable Accountant, Purchasing amounts of items for offset & Gift and Promotion Stuff.
Follow Up the same for Invoicing.
Reconciliation of Customer Accounts on Monthly Basis.

Preparing Monthly Collection Plan for Budget Preparation:

Preparing Customer Maturity Bill Collection Plan & Preparing Collection Report.
Bank Reconciliation for Cash Inflow.
Managing All Documentations (Both Hard and Soft) in proper and quickly Retrievable Formats.
Providing the necessary Information to Payable Accountant for preparing Sales Commission Report on

Monthly Basis.

Preparing Finance Statements:

Profit & Loss Accounts, Financial Position, Cash Flow Statement & Statement of Change in Equity.

Preparing Sales Analysis Report:

Report on Monthly Basis.
Executive Achievement, Executive Individual Performance Analysis, Item Wise Sales Analysis, Offset, Gift

& Promotion Movement Analysis & Payment Performance Analysis.
