Key Responsibilities:

Oversee aluminium production processes: extrusion, casting, rolling, finishing.
Provide technical guidance and support to the production team.
Manage machinery operations and maintenance.
Troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.
Train junior technicians and supervise technical team.
Lead preventive maintenance and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure quality control and compliance with standards.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Aluminium production (doors, windows, curtain walls, etc.)
Strong communication, coordination, and technical skills.
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field

Aluminium Installation Officer
Salary: 400 KWD

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage installation projects from start to finish.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. | Coordinate logistics and ensure timely product delivery. | Manage inventory and collaborate with suppliers. | Ensure compliance with safety regulations. | Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction. | Optimize processes to improve quality and reduce costs.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Aluminium installation (doors, windows, curtain walls, etc.)
Strong communication and technical skills.
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.

Senior Software Developer (Python)
Experience: 7-8 years

Key Responsibilities:
System Design & Architecture: Develop scalable software systems and APIs.
Back-End Development: Build efficient Python features.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers.
Requirement Analysis: Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
Code Review & QA: Ensure code quality and maintain standards.
Project Management: Manage development tasks for timely project delivery.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive system documentation.

Requirements:
Extensive experience in Python development.
