Food Processing & Packing Machine Operator

A leading food manufacturing and processing company in Kuwait is looking for experienced professionals to join its production team.

 Position Details

Position: Food Processing & Packing Machine Operator
Location: Kuwait
Salary: KWD 200–250 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Industry: Food Manufacturing / Food Processing Factory
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Operate food processing and packaging machinery efficiently.
• Set up, monitor and adjust machines according to production requirements.
• Ensure proper packing, sealing, labelling and product handling.
• Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and routine machine checks.
• Maintain production quality and hygiene standards.
• Follow workplace safety and food-processing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a food manufacturing or processing factory.
• Practical experience operating food processing and/or packing machines.
• Knowledge of production-line operations and machine handling.
• Ability to follow production, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a factory environment.
• Relevant technical qualification or machine-operation experience will be an advantage.

Salary

KWD 200 – 250 / Month

Salary will depend on experience, technical skills and interview performance.
